SmallRoots Managment Policies

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Limitation of Liability:
SmallRoots Management LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in dispute.

5. Modifications:
SmallRoots Management LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided to clients.

6. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Record Retention Policy

1. Purpose:
This policy outlines the requirements for retaining client records, including financial data, tax filings, and related documents, in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

2. Retention Period:

  • Tax Records: Retained for at least 7 years from the date of filing.
  • Financial Statements: Retained for at least 5 years from the end of the fiscal year.
  • Client Agreements: Retained for 5 years after the termination of the client relationship.

3. Disposal of Records:
Records that are no longer required for retention will be securely destroyed to protect client confidentiality.

4. Client Access to Records:
Clients may request access to their retained records at any time during the retention period. Requests must be made in writing.

Returned ACH Fee

In the event that a payment is returned due to insufficient funds, incorrect banking information, or any other reason, the Client agrees to pay any bank fees associated with the returned ACH. The fee will be added to the invoice, and the Client will be responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for the next debit transaction.
