Bookkeeping Services
Pricing based on average hours or transaction for a designated period. Whichever is higher. New business will get a quote based on interview .
Tier 1

(Up to 2 hours per week or up to 50 transaction per month)
Tier 2

(2 to 4 hours per week or 51-100 transactions per month)

(4 to 6 hours per week or 101-150 transaction per month)
Above Tier 3

For High Hours it will be base + $50 per hour above 6 hours.
For High Transaction Volume it will be base + $25 per each additional 50 transactions over 150
Sales Tax Compliance

(If applicable, I will manage sales tax calculations, filings, and payments.)
Payroll Services
The monthly payroll service fee is determined based on the number of individuals processed through payroll each billing cycle, including both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors paid through payroll software.

This includes ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax filings for all employees.

Will assist with calculating and coordinating workers' compensation insurance audits and payments.
Additional Fees
The following additional fees apply as needed:
- Off-Cycle Payroll Runs: 2 included per month. Each additional run: $35
- Multi-State Payroll Filing: $10 per additional state/month
- Garnishment Administration: $10 per garnishment/month
- Year-End Forms:
- Up to 25 W-2s or 1099s included
- $5 per form beyond 25
- Up to 25 W-2s or 1099s included

Important Pricing Information
- All prices are estimates and subject to change based on business complexity and specific needs.
- Month-to-month pricing will be reviewed quarterly for adjustments.
- Annual pricing will be reviewed annually to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- A QuickBooks Online subscription is required for bookkeeping services. Clients can subscribe directly at standard pricing or be billed through SmallRoots Management LLC at a 30% discount for new subscriptions only (existing QuickBooks accounts do not qualify).
