For High Transaction Volume it will be base + $25 per each additional 50 transactions over 150

(If applicable, I will manage sales tax calculations, filings, and payments.) 

Clients may choose to pay annually and receive a 10% discount off the total monthly bookkeeping fee. The annual rate will be based on the appropriate tier determined by either:

• the average monthly transaction volume or hours from the previous year, or
• a reasonable estimate established at the start of service for new businesses with no prior records.

 This includes ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax filings for all employees. 

Will assist with calculating and coordinating workers' compensation insurance audits and payments. 

 The following additional fees apply as needed:

• Off-Cycle Payroll Runs: 2 included per month. Each additional run: $35
   
• Multi-State Payroll Filing: $10 per additional state/month
   
• Garnishment Administration: $10 per garnishment/month
   
• Year-End Forms:
   
  • Up to 25 W-2s or 1099s included
     
  • $5 per form beyond 25

 "Annual payroll pricing is based on the current number of employees and includes a 10% discount. If your team size increases significantly, a pro-rated adjustment may be billed to reflect the added service."
